Care you'll actually look forward to.
Good Energy Women's Health is an integrative gynecology practice in Batavia, IL, built around real expertise in perimenopause, menopause, and preconception care. Our providers bring both the time and the curiosity it takes to actually improve health outcomes.

Real answers shouldn't be this hard to get.
You tracked the symptoms. You did the research. You showed up with good questions and clear answers about your own body, but got ten minutes, a prescription that didn't fit, or an "everything looks normal" on your way out.
You didn't do anything wrong. You just experienced a model of care that wasn't built to listen or to treat you as an individual.
Needing more time, real answers, and a provider who actually remembers you isn't asking for too much. It's the minimum you deserve, and it's exactly what we built this practice to be.
You found us.
We recognize that health is shaped by more than lab values and diagnoses. We value relationships, informed decision-making, prevention, and caring for the whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. We're trained to listen carefully, offer evidence-based guidance, and partner with each person to make decisions that align with their values, goals, and lived experience. That philosophy is the foundation for everything at Good Energy Women's Health.
How that philosophy feels for you: appointments that start on time and feel calm, curious, and unhurried. A relationship with a provider that feels human and authentic. A place where you feel comfortable and safe enough to ask real questions, make decisions that align with your life and values, and have someone rooting for you every step of the way. It's care that actually feels good to come back to.
Quality care doesn't happen in a 15-minute appointment that leaves you feeling dismissed. It happens in relationships, and that's how Good Energy was designed. We're glad you found us.

Trauma-informed care isn't just a talking point, it's the whole point.
We believe healthcare should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering. That starts with listening, honoring your lived experience, and making sure every decision about your body is yours to make.
A pelvic exam should never feel like something you just have to get through. We take the time to make sure it doesn't.

Your questions, answered.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay and membership practice with transparent, upfront pricing and no surprise bills. You can pay per visit or join our annual membership — both are priced up front. We provide a Superbill after every visit for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. See full pricing details on our Cost of Care page.
Do I need a referral?
You can schedule directly with our clinic. No referral, no months-long wait, no prior authorization required.
What services does Good Energy Women's Health offer?
We are a women's health clinic offering integrative gynecology, perimenopause and menopause care, hormone therapy, preconception and fertility support, PCOS management, sexual health care, contraception counseling, preventive wellness visits, and more. We care for clients ages 15–65. Our approach combines evidence-based medicine with nutrition, lifestyle, and whole-person care. We also offer virtual services across Illinois.
Do you provide menopause and perimenopause treatment?
Yes, and we know how hard it's been to find a provider educated in this transition. Sarah Stetina, CNM is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), a distinction held by only a handful of clinicians in Kane County. Depending on your symptoms and health history, treatment may include hormone therapy, non-hormonal medications, lifestyle recommendations, nutrition support, sleep optimization, and strategies to improve energy, mood, and overall well-being.
Do you offer pain management for procedures like IUD placement?
Yes. Nitrous oxide (N₂O) is included at no extra charge with every IUD and implant procedure at Good Energy. We believe pain management shouldn't be an afterthought or an add-on — it's part of the care.
Where are you located and is there parking?
Good Energy Women's Health is located at 14 N Island Ave in downtown Batavia, IL, inside Generations Chiropractic. There is plenty of parking right outside, and we're steps from the Batavia Riverwalk, the Batavia Creamery, and El Sazón. We care for folks throughout Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, North Aurora, and the surrounding Fox Valley area.
I've had bad experiences with healthcare in the past, should I still consider care here?
Yes, and we want you to tell us about it. We practice trauma-informed gynecologic care, which means we explain everything before we do it, ask your permission, and go at your pace. You'll never undress before a conversation, be pressured into exams, or be dismissed or judged here. If you've avoided care because of a past experience, we'd like the chance to be different and protective of your care going forward.
