We're rewriting what a gynecology
visit feels like.
Our team is changing the standard of women's health in the Fox Valley
Good Energy, for you too.
We built this practice because we were tired of a system that didn't leave room to do the work well. That same standard applies to how we treat the people who work here.
At Good Energy, that means realistic caseloads and longer visits instead of back-to-back scheduling built for volume. It means being trusted to use your training and your judgment instead of following a script. It means your value comes from who you are as a person first, not just what you produce as an employee. We prioritize real time off and benefits that let you actually live your life, because burnt out clinicians can't give clients their best. Good benefits and flexible schedules are a given. What makes this job different is the team. We show up for our clients through some of life's biggest transitions, and we show up for each other the same way.
We're a small, founder-led team right now, which means everyone who joins us has a real hand in shaping how this practice grows.

What we value
We're looking for people who share the values at the center of our practice: trauma-informed, evidence-based, relationship-driven care for every client who walks through our door. People who are curious rather than rigid, who ask good questions, and who genuinely like the work of taking care of people.

Your questions, answered
What kinds of roles do you typically hire for?
Clinical and administrative roles that support unhurried, relationship-based client care. This may include front desk and client coordination staff, clinical support, and specialty providers such as a registered dietitian as the practice grows.
I don't see a role that matches my background. Should I still reach out?
Yes. We're a growing practice, and we'd rather hear from good people early than miss the chance to work together later.
