Making care more accessible
Experiencing exceptional care shouldn't depend on your financial situation. We are a cash-pay practice because it lets us offer longer visits and truly personalized care. We also know that cost keeps too many women from the care they deserve, so every month we set aside appointments at reduced rates for people in our community who need them.

How it works
Submit our application.
The short application takes about five minutes.
Choose your rate.
Pick the one that honestly fits your situation.
We reach out.
Our team will contact you usually within a few business days to let you know next steps for scheduling.
Your rate lasts a year.
It stays in place for 12 months, and you can update it anytime your situation changes.
Community Care visits are the same visits, with the same time and the same care, as every other appointment on our schedule. Nothing about your visit will look different.
Good to know
- We offer a limited number of Community Care appointments each month. If this month is full, we'll hold your place for the next opening.
- Community Care rates apply to your visit fee. If you need labs or a procedure, we'll review any additional costs with you before anything is ordered.
- Because we are a cash-pay practice, we're not able to see patients who have Medicare or Medicaid, including Medicaid managed care plans. If you have either, we can help you find another clinic or resource for your care.
- We offer in-person visits in Batavia as well as virtual visits, and we provide care in Spanish.

Let's care for our community together.
We partner with local organizations to make sure the women you serve have a place to turn for gynecology and specialty menopause care. Partner organizations receive a referral code that gives their clients first access to our Community Care openings each month. We're also glad to talk about community workshops or health education for the people you serve.
